NAVIGATION - System control and Informational buttons

While operating your account from our cool fuel dashboard, and throughout our site, you will see various icons and buttons that will help streamline your ordering process and make navaigation easier and more convenient. By hovering over each button you can reveal its function, or click on the "icon list" button to provide more specifics.

PROFILE INFORMATION- Parental and Login information area

Here is where you will find your personal profile information, your contact info,
and the email address we have on file, etc.

CREDIT MANAGER - Choosing your entre and starting an order

This feature allows you to keep track of the amount of credits you have available. Simply click "get credits" to replenish your balance. In order for the edit and credit features to function optimally, Cool Fuel requires that there always be a 10 credit balance in your account. Our system will keep track for you and kindly let you know if your balance is nearing the minimum.

CHILD DESIGNATION - Child selection and information area

After registering with Cool Fuel and adding credits to your account, this will be the first step in ordering your childs lunch. By clicking on the "select child" text, you will be asked to click on the child for whom you will be ordering lunches.(if you have more than one child)

This feature allows you the ability to place orders for multiple children even if they attend different schools.

CALENDAR - System and Informational buttons

The lower left-hand corner is the calendar section that gives you information at-a-glance for up to two weeks. An empty white plate will let you know that no lunch has been ordered for that day, whereas if you see an apple on the plate you know that a healthy lunch order has been sent to our kitchen. The "Padlock" icon will tell you if this day is open for you to add a lunch or make changes to an existing lunch. The blue button gives you access to edit or view an order and the "Heart" icon will give you information on the "love note" feature.

ENTREE SELECTION - Choosing your entre and starting an order

This is where you'll start shopping for the items to fill your child's lunch box. Scroll down to make your selection from the range of healthy lunch options. Our nutritionist has evaluated and analysied each entree and provided a nutritional facts chart for each one. This is one of the places you can find that breakdown. Entrees may be priced a little differently based on ingredients and whether or not they are all organic. Keep in mind the price you see reflects the entire lunch, including ANY combination of sides you choose, the bottled water, surprise, treat, and tax. Once you "add the entree to your order," you will see the list of healthy(and sweet) sides available. Pick what you want, and then we zip you over to the drink page. All Cool Fuel lunches include an 8oz. bottle of water. We've heard from some parents who've been asking for other drink options, so we're addressing that now. You will see a few choices we've added for a small additional cost.

Our menu will change periodically based on the produce that's in season and YOU! We want your feedback and requests, if kids like to eat it, chances are, we'd like to make it!
